We know that we can help people get into a good place with their health and well-being.
We also know the power of being in good physical health…
When we exercise, eat well, train, hydrate, and sleep better, we live better.
We also know how hard it can be to get going again, whether you’ve been out of training and eating well for the entirety or even just a period of the lockdown.
That’s why we’ve created a 30 day free, and yes I said free, challenge that is open to anyone who needs a kickstart to get themselves back into the groove of things again.
This isn’t about transforming in 30 days, this is about building momentum, feeling better about yourself, dropping a few kgs and setting you up to get your physical and mental health back in a good place.

WHAT'S THE CATCH?
There genuinely isn’t one.
We’ve been trying to come up with a way to give back for the past couple of months and this seemed like the perfect way to do it.
DO I NEED ANY EQUIPMENT?
Not at all, we’re happy to create you a bodyweight workouts.
If you do, that’s fantastic and we can use it, we’ve also intentionally aligned the challenge with the gym reopening in the UK, so if you have gym access, let us know.
HOW DO I WIN THE CHALLENGE?
You simply have to make it through the whole challenge.
Each week, we’ll ask you to submit a mini check-in, if you’re able to complete all four of these and have stayed mostly adherent throughout, you’re in with a chance.
WHAT IF I HAVE INJURIES/NUTRITIONAL REQUIREMENTS?
We work with clients regularly who have different bodies/diets.
Please put all of the information you feel we need to know in the application form so that we can work around these.
HOW CAN I GET A HEAD START?
Great question and some initial preparation will be key!
